Public Offer

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official proposal by Sole Proprietor Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Lipinskyi (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to enter into a sales contract for printed and/or digital books under the terms outlined below.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of printed and/or electronic books (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods") to the Buyer, who in turn agrees to accept and pay for them in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment

3.1. The Buyer places an order via the Seller’s website or by any other agreed method.
3.2. The Buyer must provide valid contact information to place an order.
3.3. Printed books are delivered via delivery services at the Buyer's expense, unless otherwise specified by the Seller.
3.4. Electronic books are sent to the Buyer in digital format after payment confirmation.

4. Product Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1. The price of the Goods is indicated on the Seller’s website and may be subject to change.
4.2. Payment is made via non-cash transfer to the Seller’s account or through other available payment methods listed on the website.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Seller agrees to:
● Provide the Buyer with a quality product
● Deliver the digital product after payment is received
5.2. The Buyer agrees to:
● Provide accurate and up-to-date order information
● Pay for the Goods within the agreed timeframe

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for any misuse of the Goods by the Buyer.
6.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1. The Buyer may cancel the order before it is shipped.
7.2. Electronic books are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. Validity of the Offer

8.1. This Offer is open-ended and remains in effect until withdrawn by the Seller.
Acceptance of this Offer by the Buyer (placing an order and making a payment) constitutes the conclusion of a purchase agreement in accordance with its terms.
